Terms and Conditions  

The purchase of our tours, packages, day trips and cruises offered by Turzilla, constitutes a contract between you ( the “customer” or customers) and Turzilla, which includes namely the terms and conditions described hereinafter. Please ensure you read and understand these terms and conditions prior to booking.

These Booking Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and where your tour is booked via our website, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with Turzilla

Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.

By making a booking, the first-named person on the booking (“Lead Name”) agrees on behalf of themselves and all persons detailed on the booking that:

  1. He/She has read these Booking Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them
  2. He/She consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorized on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements).
  3. He/She is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
  4. He/She accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking, and he/she has read and reviewed in full the Trip Notes, Itinerary and Invoice/s prior to securing a reservation with payment and is satisfied that the information contained there is suitable for all members of the traveling party with regards to fitness and any medical needs.


A deposit of %25 plus full payment of Insurance (cancellation insurance) is required at the time of booking.

Final Payment:

The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to departure, immediately if booked within the 45 days of departure. If final payment is not paid by the required time Turzilla has the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit.


  • A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

International Flights
Turzilla can assist you with international flights if needed.


The Company acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by railroad, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests upon availability


Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.


Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Hotel Changes:

We at Turzilla will do everything within our ability to provide the services as booked. In the event a Hotel is unavailable we reserve the right to make a change within the same category of Hotel and room choice. Hoteliers and Cruise lines are solely responsible for the room assignment or cabin allocations, should the customer wish to assign room or cabin, the changes will be subject to availability and payment of additional fees paid direct.

Nile Cruises:

We reserve the right to change the Vessel that will be used on tour should that Vessel be unavailable at the time.

Changes requested by Agent or Customer:

Will be subject to cancellation penalties as listed above, and are at the sole discretion of Turzilla and are subject to the rates of the new products booked as per the original booking dates.

Cancellation by Turzilla:

Cancellation of tour program by Turzilla will result in a full refund of the amount collected from the client.  These returned funds will constitute full settlement of any claim you might have against Turzilla for the cancellation.

Force Majeure:

Turzilla shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage to a person or to property, cost, expense, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment or of time, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical, resulting from delay, cancellation or accident, illness, injury or death due to:

  • An act of God or force majeure, or a third party.
  • A war, revolution, insurrection, riot, blockage, terrorism, or act of terrorism, or any other unlawful, act against public order or authority.
  • Fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, volcanic eruption, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, public health emergency, storm, lightning, hurricane, tornado, tropical storm or any other adverse weather condition.
  • Accident to or failure of an aircraft or a ship or any equipment used in connection therewith, loss of or hijacking of an aircraft or a ship, or any shortage of or inability to provide labor, fuel or facilities
  • Any strike-lockout, or labor dispute or other industrial disturbance whether involving Turzilla employees, the employees of a service provider Turzilla relies on to conduct business.
  • Any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Turzilla, whether actual, threatened or reported, which may interfere with the operations of Turzilla or of its service provider.
  • Any default from a supplier upon whom Turzilla relies for the performance of the whole or part of the services described and provided hereunder:

 Customer Responsibility:

Statement to Travel supplier: Customers are responsible for advising the agent of their intentions, expectations, and needs, as they relate to the proposed travel before the reservation is completed.


Customers whose physical condition so requires must ensure they have sufficient quantity of any required medications, they must hand-carry these medications at all times. It is at the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to travel.

Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition which may affect their participation in the tour must declare the true nature of such condition and provide us with full details before you make your booking so that we can try to advise you as to the suitability of your chosen tour. We may require you to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that you are fit to participate, if we are unable to properly accommodate the needs of the person(s) concerned, we will not confirm your booking or if you did not give us full details at the time of booking, we will cancel it and impose applicable cancellation charges when we become aware of these details, and may result in such persons being excluded from the tour in which case all monies paid will be forfeited and we will not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.


The Customer may want to participate in excursions, optional tours and activities (collectively, the “excursions’) that may be offered for an additional fee by Turzilla on behalf of local suppliers. These excursions are purchased at the Customer’s sole risk, and Turzilla shall not be held liable for the quality, safety of such excursions that are organized and conducted by a third party supplier according to the security standards and norms that may differ from those in the country of origin of the Customer. Any written or oral contract deemed to have been made by the Customer and Supplier of such excursions and shall be undertaken at the Customers own risk of loss, damage, or injury, Turzilla shall not be liable in any manner for any complaints or claims that may arise as a result of participation in any such excursions.


Turzilla protects the confidentiality of the personal information of its customers in accordance with applicable laws.

Comments and Claims:

We make every effort to ensure that your tour arrangements run smoothly but if you do have any problems during your holiday, please inform your tour guide/leader/hotel manager immediately.

If, the tour guide/leader is unavailable, please contact our local team (24hr contact details are listed on your Voucher). If the matter is still unresolved by our local team, please contact your booking consultant or our office, (note there may be a delayed reply based on time zones).

If you wish to complain after completion of your holiday, you must send formal written notice of your complaint to our Customer Care Team, in your own words, within 30 days of the end date of your holiday with us and provide in the letter your booking reference, tour name and start date and all other relevant information to your grievance. Please keep your letter concise and to the point, this will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you. We will reply to your grievance within 7 days of its receipt.

Your Behaviour

All our customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager or any other person in authority, your behavior or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation, we reserve the right to terminate your booking with us immediately. In the event of such termination, our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation or other arrangements immediately. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party. No refunds for lost accommodation or any other arrangements will be made, and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination. You and/or your party may also be required to pay for loss and/or damage caused by your actions and we will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to the hotel manager or other suppliers prior to departure. If you fail to make the payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.

Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements & Health Formalities

It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. We can only provide general information about this. You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates and your own doctor as applicable. Requirements do change, please ensure your information is up to date.

Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. If your passport is in its final year, you should check with the Embassy of the country you are visiting.


Local laws relating to the wearing of the seatbelt may be non-existent or not enforced in some countries and therefore local people largely choose not to wear them. For this reason, local service providers may or may not have seatbelts in vehicles or they may be hidden between seats or underneath protective seat covers. It is expected that where seatbelts are available customers must use them and remain seated at all times while the vehicle is moving. As such, customers acknowledge that seatbelts may not be available and therefore travel at their own risk.

Departure Taxes

In some countries, departure taxes for flights, visas and other i.e., hotels in Dubai, must be paid locally and these are payable to the Government of the country departed. We do not offer a refund for these taxes.


We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold tours at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed tours. We also reserve the right to increase the price of confirmed tours solely to allow for increases which are a direct consequence of changes in:

  1. The price of the carriage of passengers resulting from the cost of fuel or other power sources
  2. The level of taxes or fees chargeable for services applicable to the holiday imposed by third parties not directly involved in the performance of the holiday, including tourist taxes, landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports
  3. The exchange rates are relevant to the package.

However, if this means that you have to pay an increase of more than 8% of the price of your confirmed tour, you will have the option of accepting a new price or canceling and receiving a full refund of all monies paid to us

Inclusions / Exclusions

Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.

Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides, passport and visa fees, baggage and personal insurance, any items of a personal nature, taxes or duties, and any beverages or food not specifically listed under the listed “Inclusions” for the Day Tour or single service you have booked.

Day Trips

Where you have booked a Day Trip, upon making payment for your Day Trip you will receive a link to your electronic Voucher.

General Terms of Use:

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of ARE.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD, EUR, and GBP.

Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
